2022/23 Bayer Leverkusen Home Shirt

The Castore Bayer Leverkusen home shirt of 2022/23 was predominantly red and designed with subtle tonal soundwave graphics in a hoop formation on the front, leaving the sleeves plain. The said visuals represented the popular 'Leverkusen Allez' chant. A white striping on the black sleeve cuffs and collar provided a colour accent in-sync with the overall colour theme.

2020/21 Bayer Leverkusen Home Shirt

Bayer Leverkusen flips the colours and will now wear a black-based home shirt for the 20-21 season. The said raglan home shirt still has red applications on the sleeve cuffs and round-neck collar. The 'JAKO' branding on the right chest, the monochrome club symbol on the left, and the big bold 'Barmenia' wording right at the centre are all in white. The body panel houses three groups of 11 pinstripes, positioned in the left, right, and middle, and going down the entire length of the shirt.

The eleven pinstripes are said to be symbolic representations of the 11 players on the pitch. The shoulders are adorned with circular club symbols and the wording 'Werkself' is printed on the outside rear collar. 'Bayer 04' reads on the inside, while 'Leverkusen' appears on the sleeves. Black shorts and socks complete the entire home kit.

The Castore Bayer Leverkusen away shirt of 2022/23 was predominantly black with an all-over graphic in asphalt and red detailing on the sleeve cuffs and collar. The abstract graphic design represented the flags flown by the Bayer supporters in the Nordkurve.

Bayer Leverkusen's Jako alternate shirt for the 2021/22 campaign is predominantly white with red and black details on the collar, sleeve cuffs, and side seams. Light grey vertical stripes form around the top right side of the wearer to produce a silhouette of a lion, a prominent symbol on the club's crest.

Bayer 04 Leverkusen are a Bundesliga football club and they play their home games at BayArena which holds over 30,000 people. Nicknamed 'Werkself' meaning Factory Squad, Leverkusen wear red home shorts with black trim which are supplied by German brand adidas.
