The most successful Bundesliga club is Bayern Munich with over 30 titles. The German club had several of the 2014 World Cup winners that included Bastian Schweinsteiger, Philipp Lahm, Mario Gotze, Thomas Muller, Jerome Boateng and Manuel Neuer. Bayern, who now play at the 75,024-seater Allianz Arena with rivals 1860 Munich, has become known for its trademark red and white kits and designs. Originally the club wore white and black (and sometimes blue also), but Bayern has worn mainly red for most of its history. In 1995 Bayern wore a predominantly blue kit for four seasons, but has since worn red with white trimmings consistently. Bayern’s kit is currently manufactured by Adidas (who also own part of the club), with the corporate shirt sponsor T-Mobile.

Bayern Munich 23/24 Home Kit

For the first time in their kit history, Bayern Munich had a predominantly white home kit, produced by kit maker adidas for the 2023/24 season. With red sleeves accompanying the white body, it provided some kind of a reverse ‘Arsenal‘ look. While the colour dynamic may seem new, it’s something that had already appeared in the past, specifically in the pre-70s era. In 1932 when they won their first national title, Bayern wore a light silver shirt with burgundy sleeves.

Bayern Munich Home 2021/22 KitBayern Munich’s home shirt for the 2021/22 season employs a dark shade of red called Craft Red for the base. It allows the secondary colour accents to stand out, such as the white adidas shoulder stripes and sleeve cuff pipings, tonal chevron striping dominating from the chest down, and the entire backside featuring the same light tone shading as the chevron pattern. The v-collar is an influence from the kit maker’s Condivo 20 template employed last year.

As early as now, the football world is given a treat by Die Bayern as they recently unveiled their home kit for the 2020-2021 season. At first glance, the kit looks plain red. But upon closer inspection, the kit reveals a thick gradient jacquard striped design on the main body panel. The rest of the applications are white, as seen on the adidas logo on the right chest, Deutsche Telekom logo on the front centre, and the three stripes running down on each lateral. The team crest on the left chest is on full colours while the Qatar Airways branding on the left sleeve is white.

Other white accents on the kit are the pipings on the sleeves and collar, and the FC BAYERN MUNCHEN lettering on the top portion of the back. Red shorts and red socks with white stripes on the trim complete the 2020-2021 Bayern Munich home kit.
