Brentford 23/24 Home Shirt
Brentford’s 2023/24 home shirt was produced by Umbro, which decided to apply a gradient black finish towards the bottom of the red part of the bespoke red-and-white vertical striping patter. This turn to black for some accent colour was also seen on v-collar and sleeves, which divided themselves between the two colours. The former had black on its back side and red on the front, while the latter used black on their inner side and red for the outer. A small Brentford ‘bee’ symbol signed off at the back below the collar.

2022/23 Brentford Home Shirt
Getting to play its first season in the top flight of English football truly felt special for Brentford FC, prompting the club to carry over their 2021/22 home shirt as its primary outfit for the following season. The jersey was a no-nonsense red and white vertically striped jersey, with the only design element the upper half white trim of the part of the red collar directly in front of the neck.
2021/22 Brentford Home Shirt
The Bees wear an Umbro home shirt featuring their traditional white and red vertical striped look to mark their historic first season in the Premier League era. Red and white also combine to create a horizontal split on the front side of the round collar, which is predominantly red. The narrow sleeve cuffs carry out the dominant pattern of the jersey.

2022/23 Brentford Away Shirt
Reminiscent of the ’80s and early ’90s, Brentford’s 2022/23 Umbro away featured prominently in light blue with a hazy effect on the weave pattern. Instead of the current crest, the jersey opted for the classic ‘Castle’ crest, a reference to ‘The Fortress’ Griffin Park that oversaw the club’s 21 home consecutive wins in the 1929/30 season. Rounding up the look were the broad sleeve cuffs in navy.
2021/22 Brentford Away Shirt
Brentford FC’s Umbro away shirt for 2021/22 was predominantly yellow, only having black for the colour accents of the sleeve cuff border, the logos including the monochrome crest, and the exposed inner liner behind the neckline. A textured interconnected triangular pattern provided subtle visuals for the v-collared jersey.
Men’s Brentford Shirt
Brentford play their home games in a kit of red and white striped shirts with black shorts and socks. The away strip changes from time to time, with recent ones being light blue, yellow and black. The club has never won major honours but some notable players have pulled on the red and white Brentford shirt, including Tommy Lawton who joined as player/manager in 1952 as he was nearing the end of his career and Jimmy Hill, for so long the face of football on TV who played for the club from 1949 to 1953.
Brentford Football Club nicknamed the Bees were formed in 1889 in the London suburb of Brentford. The Bees play their homes games in the 17,250 capacity Brentford Community Stadium (currently known for sponsorship reasons as the Gtech Community Stadium).
A popular club song at Brentford is The Beatle’s Hey Jude where it is played at every home game and they have had several famous supporters including Jim Carrey, Cameron Diaz and Pete Townshend.
