Burton Albion Football Club were founded in 1950 and they play their home games at the Pirelli Stadium which holds just under 7,000 people. The club wear yellow and black home shirts which are supplied by Tag who have produced their kits for over 12 seasons.
The club are nicknamed the 'Brewers' because of their rich brewing heritage and they play local rivalries with Gresley Rovers, Nuneaten Borough, Stafford Rangers and Tamworth with other rivalries including Port Vale, Crewe Alexandra, Notts County arising in recent years.
