Colombia 2016 adidas Home Shirt
Colombia take a nod at their heritage by creating a white home shirt in recognition of the early 1940’s era.
Manufactured by adidas, the new Colombia home shirt has been composed in preparation for the upcoming Copa Centenario this coming summer of which poses as the competition’s 100th anniversary and will be held in the USA for the first time in history.
Colombia’s latest home shirt opts to substitute their trademark yellow visual for a more classical white display which takes inspiration from the nation’s earliest football shirt releases.
Seeing the only flashes of Colombia yellow feature upon the team’s crest, the dominant colour is white used as a base-coat across the entire body and sleeves whilst navy blue composes adidas three’stripes at the flanks and faux polo-neck collar.
Capping-off Colombia’s home shirt in fierce style sees true red add vibrancy to the sleeve cuff trim and back of the collar, whilst the chest panel features an adidas logo and team crest embroidered at opposing sides.
