Indonesia Nike Home Shirt 2012/14
More shirt news from Asia as we now bring you pictures of the new Indonesian home shirt which is manufactured by Nike who have been sponsoring the Indonesian national football team since 2007.
The new home shirt will be used in the upcoming 2012 Suzuki Cup where they have been drawn in Group B together with Malaysia who defeated them in the final of the 2010 edition, Singapore and Laos.
The new Indonesian shirt is mainly red with horizontal stripes in a darker shade of red and green sleeve cuffs. The Nike logo is in white on the top right part of the chest with the Football Association of Indonesia crest on the opposite part.
An Anglo/Italian sports journalist and author who writes for a number of publications, including The Guardian and Sports Illustrated. Previously a columnist for World Soccer, Jean Paul has appeared on a number of football podcasts including The Guardian’s Football Weekly, he is a Juventus supporter having followed the Bianconeri since first visiting the Stadio delle Alpi in the 1990s.
