Juventus Launch 2023/24 Home Kit
The Bianconeri of Serie A launch the adidas Juventus 2023/24 home kit. While the shirt does have the iconic Juve look, it applies it in such a way that it continues the recent trend to modernise the familiar kit pattern. The colours are the ones expected, yet there are bits here and there that this part too is evolving. We all know that Juventus is also called La Vecchia Signora (The Old Lady) and I Bianconeri (The White and Blacks), but they are also known as Le Zebre (The Zebras), and perhaps such nickname best describes the team’s look for the upcoming season.

That it has the bespoke black and white stripes is no surprise and should generate a sense of pride and unity among fans and players. But for 2023/24, the said pattern incorporates a fuzzy, brushstroke look, resulting in a visual similar to a zebra fur. The raggedness of the stripes’ edges also work well in relation to motion and movement, and when partnered with the yellow accents from the logos, template shoulder stripes and side trim, the overall effect is one that represents energy and vibrancy on the field.
Those yellow secondary details derive themselves from iconic jerseys in the past, and so it should provide a boost to Juve players next season as they attempt to march back to titles as a coherent and united pack, like a dazzle of zebras!
