Ahead of its 2022 preseason tour, Manchester United launches its new adidas home shirt to be worn in the 2022/23 season. Similar to other top adidas kits, this recent United shirt carries a design with a ’90s vibe. Not only the visuals but the construction arguably delivers more retro elements when the outfit is viewed in whole.
The Red Devils proudly wear their known colour identity on their latest home jersey using a relatively vivid shade. The main design element is the set of interconnected and striped right triangles positioned along the edge of the buttoned white polo collar. While not done for the first time, the club symbol sits atop a shield crest underlay, a refreshing touch for the logo placement that involves white for the sponsor logos. Subtle embossed pinstripes across the front and black template shoulder stripes completes the look of the adidas outfit.
Stand tall. Stand proud. Stand out.
