Official: Club América 2014-15 Nike Home & Away Kits
Mexican giants Club América have officially launched their new home and away kits for the 2014-15 season.
Inspired by what was worn by the club’s earliest teams, the new home shirt features a light yellow colour. With the club’s nickname being the Blue-Creams, the shirt’s colours are inspired by what the club used to wear. The shirt has a solid light yellow base along with a traditional collar. The shirt features several sponsors with Bimbo and Coca-Cola on the front and Banamex and Corona on the back.
Another nickname for the club is the Eagles or “Las Ãguilas” and a eagle design is featured on a pennant tab behind the neck. The home kit is completed with dark blue shorts and light yellow socks. The home shirt’s crest is toned to dark blue.
The new away shirt uses a more modern template and design boasting a dark blue coloured shirt with light yellow trim on the sleeve cuffs. A simple rounded crew-neck collar is added while the shirt features the same sponsors seen on the home shirt. The away shirt’s crest is toned to light yellow.
Inside the neck of the away shirt is the slogan “Ódiame más” meaning “Hate me more”. The Mexican side announced the signing of Mexico star Oribe Peralta prior to the 2014 World Cup.
Nike really are a class apart this year
You won’t find a lot wrong with those shirts but plenty will haha.
Did NOT expect this, these are stunning. Nike pulled it out the bag, really impressed with these.
nice away shirt because of the colour mix …but the home shirt is awful , plain effort with ugly collar
I read this paragraph fully regarding the comparison of most up-to-date
and earlier technologies, it’s remarkable article.
