Official: Russia 2014 World Cup adidas Home Kit
Russia have officially released their new home shirts for the 2014 FIFA World Cup next year and they will be supplied by German brand adidas.
The kit is in the recently-traditional all red, this time with two main shades, with gold details and Russian flags on the sleeves and on the upper back. The 3D watermark is the Monument to the Conquerors of Space which houses the Memorial Museum of Astronautics in Moscow which is a nod to Russia’s proud history in space exploration. adidas’s 2014 “trademark” of a horizontal stripe across the back is present, again in gold.
Russia gained an automatic qualification spot to the 2014 FIFA World Cup after they won Group F ahead of Portugal who play a big qualification match against Sweden this weekend. The kit is likely to be available in both Climacool and lighter adizero technology forms.
