PSG Reveals 2022/23 Jordan 4th Kit
PSG is not yet done with their kits this season as they reveal their 2022/23 Jordan fourth kit. Their fourth kit announcement has become an significant occasion in recent years for football shirts enthusiasts, and as such debuted the said outfit on an equally special event: the PSG vs Riyad XI held last January 20. The friendly featured Messi, Neymar and Mbappe for the Parisians and no less than Cristiano Ronaldo for the Saudi All-Stars, in what could probably be the last time we get to see them all together in one match. The latest fourth kit takes over from last year’s basketball-inspired design, and goes completely dark mode this time around.

While last year’s fourth kit leans more on the Jordan brand’s roots, this year the theme is back to arguably the best football team in France. The strip is predominantly black to represent the big night matches for the Parisians, with the illuminating effect of the crisscrossing yellow beams arranged in a way that invokes the spirit of the Eiffel Tower. The tinge of glow from these beams hint of something related to electrifying speed. The ‘GOAT’ branding on the edge of the left sleeve is spot-on for a team that have Messi, Neymar and Mbappe. Good work on the monochrome logos as they subscribed to the accent colour, preventing them from stealing the thunder of the jersey’s design.
In case you’re wondering, PSG ended up with a narrow 5-4 win…
