Turkey 2014 Nike Home & Away Kits

Turkey are the latest team by Nike to officially reveal their new home kit for the 2014 season.

Revealing their trademark red display, the new Turkey home shirt features a new watermarked print on the front which is inspired by the ‘Chintamani pattern’ from several centuries ago. The kit will be completed with red shorts and socks while the trim is white.

The shirt features a simple v-neck collar and unlike many previous Turkey shirts the crest is stitched on which adds an elegant element to the shirt. The shirt is compact with Nike’s Dri-Fit technology helping to which away any moisture enhancing ventilation and performance.

The away kit for Turkey sees a white display along with the same band across the chest but in red. Printed on the inside the back of the neck is a graphic of the All Seeing Eye which is a charm in Turkish culture that promises to bring bearers luck and keep a watchful eye over them.

Turkey will most likely debut their new home kit against Sweden in an international friendly this week. Having been semi-finalists at the 2002 World Cup they failed to qualify for this year’s World Cup in June this year.
