Gamba Osaka is a Japanese professional football club formed in 1980 as Matsushita Electric Industrial Company Ltd. Gamba Osaka as they are now known play their home games in the 23,000 seater Osaka Expo '70 Stadium, Suita in Osaka, Japan.
The Japanese club play in blue and black stripes which reflects the club's heritage and club crest. The club have won just one J. League Division 1 which was in 2005.
