Liverpool 23/24 Third Kit

Arriving for the Reds’ 2023/24 third kit was a striking Nike purple shirt with a ripple all-over pattern. It had black accents coming from the collar bone inserts, sleeve cuffs and lateral trims. The Swoosh and the crest were made from Nike Grind, the brand’s process of converting manufacturing scraps and end-of-life shoes into new recycled materials. Signing off the shirt at the back near the nape was the Hillsborough emblem in memory of the victims of the tragedy.

Along with the logos, the sleeve cuffs and round collar gave the jersey a contrasting black accent.

The shirt was predominantly teal with a designation of ‘hyper turquoise’ and contained unique abstract graphics. The colour choice and the print were inspired by the Liverbird Statue and the Shanky Gates of the Royal Liver Building, respectively. Liverpool’s 2020/21 away kit had black cuffs and crew-neck collar. Other black applications on the shirt were the single stripe on each side of the body panel, and the logos (the Standard Chartered branding and logo had a faint teal outline to further highlight the combination mark).
