Central Coast Mariners are an Australian football club which plays in the A-League, the top tier of Australian football. The club are the current A-League champions. They have won the league on two occasions one in 2008 and one in 2012. They have been in three Grand Finals without success. They are currently situated on the Central Coast of New South Wales and they play in the Bluetongue Stadium in Gosford which holds 20,059 people. The club were the first side to compete in a national competition.

In 2004 the club were announced to be one of eight members in the first season of the A-League. The main supporters club are called the Yellow Army formerly known as the Marinators. Standard chants include the Yellow Submarine. The club have intense rivalries with the Newcastle jets and Sydney FC and Brisbane Roar. The club are affiliated with England's Sheffield United and Brazil's Sao Paulo and many more.
The affiliated clubs include Sheffield United, Chengdu Blades, Sao Paulo FC, Ferencvaros, Strindheim IL, Estudiantes and many more.
The Mariners' home shirt features a gold and blue colourway with blue shorts and gold and blue socks. Kappa currently supply the clubs team kit. The crest is yellow at the centre with a blue curling wave which symbolises the beaches of the Central Coast.
