EA7's design for Napoli's 2022/23 home saw the shirt with the traditional light blue for its torso, which had a micro-embossed pattern of the club's crest. The navy on the collar spilt to the upper part of the raglan sleeves that contained a rainbow-like striping of brightening shades of blue.

White vertical strips on the lateral round off the look of the new home kit.
