Newport County is a Welsh football club based in Newport, Wales and they currently play in League Two after being promoted from the Football Conference in the 2012-13 season. The club play in yellow and black home shirts with black short and they play their home games at Rodney Parade which holds over 11,000 people.
Newport County have had several kit manufacturers in their history including adidas, Bukta, Patrick, Umbro, Errea, Joma, Lotto and their current brand Macron. Their shirts are sponsored by 32Red. Newport are nicknamed 'The Exiles' or 'The Ironsides' because of the Orb Works steel works and they were formed in 1912.
