Panama are a national football team that plays in the CONCACAF confederation. Nicknamed 'Los Canaleros' meaning 'The Canal Men', Panama wear an all red home kit with white detailing and supplied by Italian brand Lotto. At the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign they were 90 seconds away from beating the US and advancing to the play-offs against New Zealand but they were eventually out of the spot by allowing the US players yo score two stoppage time goals.

2021/22 Panama Home Shirt
The New Balance Panama 2021 home shirt is predominantly red with white accents from the logo and the streaking trims on the sleeve cuffs. The highlight feature of the shirt is the tonal graphic of alternating diagonal bands and broken dotted lines. Like some other New Balance shirts, this jersey has a unique collar construction where the area below the nape remains low and flanked with slightly-raised adjacent sides. That area of the v neckline has a black strip that reads PANAMA on the outside.

Panama played their first ever international match against Venezuela in 1938 and their best ever position in the CONCACAF Gold Cup were runners-up in the 2005 and 2013 tournaments. Their major titles include the Copa Centromericana in 2009 and they won the 1951 CCCF Championship.
