Real Madrid 23/24 Away Kit

In 2023/24, Real Madrid wore a predominantly navy change shirt with a wavy tonal graphic. The visual design was inspired by the symbol of infinity, and was meant to represent the undying love and passion of the Madridistas for the club. Fans of the club also delighted with the accents of the shirt such as the golden yellow trim on the sleeve cuffs and the multicoloured striping on the template shoulder stripes. The colours featured were purple, white and the same golden yellow-all popular colours for Real Madrid in their kit history. One thing of common criticism was the unusual placement of the FIFA Club World Cup Badge, where instead of going central in between the crest and the adidas performance logo it went on top of the latter.

2022/23 Real Madrid Away Shirt

Real Madrid Away 2022/23 KitReal Madrid’s 2022/23 adidas alternate shirt was predominantly light purple with a graphic that had a matching shade. Subtly placed in a hoop formation, the visual design resembled diagonal tiles gradually fading towards their bottom edge. Note that the purple base was the accent used for that season’s home shirt. An almost blacked out dark navy provides colour to the contrasting monochrome logos, round collar, shoulder stripes, and sleeve cuffs. The selected base tone relieved happy memories for the club, like its 2017 UCL Finals win with the players wearing their purple, albeit a relatively darker one, away kit of that season.

2021/22 Real Madrid Away Shirt

Real Madrid Away 2021/22 KitReal Madrid got to wear a deep blue adidas away shirt for the 2021/22 La Liga season. The base colour choice took inspiration from the club’s 1998/99 third shirt, and for that, the jersey also featured orange accents coming from the shoulder stripes and piping of the meshy Condivo 21-templated collar. The light-toned graffiti-inspired graphics resembling drawings on a coach’s board, however, stole the show. They consisted of abstract curves and squiggly lines, even some MADRID brandings and arrows on random spots.

2020/21 Real Madrid Away Shirt

Real Madrid Away 2020/21 KitThe 2020/21 away kit of Real Madrid CF completely contrasted itself with the home counterpart with its full-blown use of Pink as the base colour. The said shirt was one of the those that sported a simple clean look, with emphasis going to the kit’s pink colour and the dark navy brandings and logos. The official colourway was dubbed as ‘Spring Pink/Dark Blue.” The designs of the away kit had placements similar to that on the home kit. The three stripes still ran down the sides of the main body, and the sponsor branding, as well as the rest of the logos, were positioned on the same places. The away kit did not have the tiger print on the cuffs, though the said print was present on the inner side of the back collar and ran across the lower edge.

Real Madrid Away Kits

Real Madrid’s away kits have predominantly been black, blue, or purple, but the 2020/21 season saw the club go pink like they did in 2014/15.

Notable away kits include the purple away kit worn in the 1960s and the blue away kit also worn in the 1960s. The black away kit has been successful as it perfectly contrasts with the white home kit. 2017 saw a purple-stripped Real Madrid beat Juventus in that year’s UCL Final.
