Scott Sinclair was born on the 25th of March 1989 in Bath, England. He began his career at Bristol Rovers at the age of nine where he made his debut aged 15 years 277 days. He played two league matches for the club. He played for West Bromwich Albion on loan from Manchester City in the 2013-14 season.
He moved to Chelsea in July 2005. Sinclair went on a series of loan moves to Plymouth Argyle, Queens Park Rangers, Charlton Athletic, Crystal Palace, Birmingham City and Wigan Athletic. At Birmingham City he helped the club to a runners up position in the 2008-09 campaign. He struggled for a place at the club which resulted in him moving to Swansea City. He played just five matches for Chelsea. In 2010 Sinclair signed a deal with Swansea City. He helped the club gain promotion to the Premier League in 2011. He played 82 league matches scoring 28 goals for the club.
In August 2012 he signed a four year deal with Manchester City. He made his debut for the club in September against Stoke City in a 1-1 draw, but Sinclair faced strong competition with David Silva, James Milner, Samir Nasri and Sergio Aguero for a starting spot. For the 2013-14 season Sinclair signed a one year loan deal with West Bromwich Albion.
Sinclair has played for England U-17, U-18, U-19, U-20 and U-21 youth levels. He also played for Great Britain in the 2012 London Olympic Games. Sinclair is a player with great potential.
