St Mirren dedicated their 2023/24 home to pay tribute to their memorable period in 1979 to 1981, which saw the club win the Anglo-Scottish Cup and play their first-ever match in European setting. Apart from the traditional vertical striping pattern of white and black, the standout feature was the tonal check pattern (housed within the black stripes) derived from the club’s crest. White sleeve cuffs and v-collar neckline seamlessly blended with the aesthetics, while a small golden 1877 numbering at the back below the collar signed off the overall look.

St Mirren Home 2022/23 KitSt Mirren’s 2022/23 Joma home shirt did not deviate from the norm and sported the expected black and white striped design. Making it distinct, however, from past iterations of the bespoke look was the red accent applied on the collar and sleeve cuffs to act as part of a dual striping visual together with white. The application of the red details in this shirt bear some semblance to that of the 2018/19 home, though that shirt exhibited a more unorthodox approach to the striping pattern.
