Stoke City 23/24 Kits

Stoke City 23/24 Home Kit

Stoke City’s 2023/24 Macron home had the classic feel of the club’s home kits from the late ’90s and early early ‘2000s. This was because of the narrower profile of the traditional stripe design in red and white, which also took the space on the sleeves. White details included the polo collar and the sleeve cuffs, which further had a black middle striping with red highlights. The same striping can be found on the slit on the front of the neckline.

Using shades of purple, royal blue and turquoise, Stoke City’s 2023/24 Macron away added carried camo visuals in addition to the snakeskin-like print across the entirety of the shirt. The sleeve cuffs were divided into royal blue and navy, with turquoise acting as a demarcation line. Navy also provided a solid fill to the collar that carried a turquoise trim.

Stoke City Home 2022/23 KitThe home shirt of Stoke City in 2022/23 was a product of Macron and featured the traditional red and white striped pattern. This jersey, however, added white diagonal lines of various gradients on the red sections to produce visuals of flowing chevrons. White raglan sleeves preceded the broad sleeve cuffs, which had parallel central pinstriping in black and red (the same pattern applied to the round collar). Including the logos, this was the first time black as an accent appeared in a Potter’s outfit.

Stoke City Home 2021/22 KitThe Potters wore a Macron-produced home shirt for the 2021/22 season. The shirt maintained the club’s traditional red-and-white vertical striped look, covering both the body and the sleeves with the said pattern. Subtle diagonal pinstripes visibly flowed on the upper portion of the shirt. Narrow sleeve cuffs and a round collar with front overlap, both of which are white, fitted perfectly to the colours of the shirt.

Stoke City were formed in 1863 making it one of the first clubs to be formed in world football. They were originally called Stoke Football Club but their name was changed to today’s in 1925. Stoke, who are called the ‘Potters’ after the local industry, play their home games at the over-30,000 capacity bet365 Stadium in Stoke-on-Trent.

Stoke play in a home kit consisting of a red & white vertical-striped shirt with white shorts and white socks. Stoke’s colours have held aloft the League Cup in 1972 and been to three FA Cup semi-finals, but not made the big final yet. Some famous names have donned the red and white shirt but we have singled out perhaps the greatest in Sir Stanley Matthews who played for city from 1932-1947 and then again between 1961-1965.

During Stoke City’s first season in the Premier League they made the Britannia Stadium (former name of their home ground) a fortress where they beat the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur, Sunderland and West Bromwich Albion.
