Andros Townsend is an English footballer who plays for England and Tottenham Hotspur. A product of the Spurs academy, Townsend has had loan spells with several English clubs including Yeovil Town, Ipswich Town, Leeds United, Birmingham City, Queens Park Rangers, Millwall and many more!
At the age of nine Townsend joined the Spurs academy and in March 2009 he made his first loan move to Yeovil Town then Leyton Orient in the same year. On the 22nd of August he scored a wonder goal for Leyton orient having ran 70 yards passing three Yeovil players before striking the ball past the goalkeeper. From 2010 to 2013 Townsend has played for Milton Keynes Dons, Ipswich Town, Watford, Millwall, Leeds United, Birmingham City and Queens Park Rangers.
Townsend broke through to the Tottenham Hotspur first team in the 2013-14 season playing in victories against Crystal Palace, Swansea City and Dinamo Tbilisi at the start of the season. He looks to be a key player for both club and country in the future seasons.
Townsend represented England at youth levels before making his senior debut for the Three Lions against Montenegro scoring in the 78th minute from a shot just outside the box, to cap a man of the match performance for his first appearance in an England shirt.
