New Manchester United Third 2020 Kits

Third kits at the club were first proposed in the early 70's where they had a yellow and blue design. Third kits following this design were predominantly blue for another 15 seasons. An inflow of new designs after this included the 1992-94 kit which featured the classic green and gold colours and there were also third kits featuring the traditional away colours of blue, black and white.

Only recently under the manufacturers Nike, the club have had their third shirt as the last seasons away kit. Current third kits have been either white, blue or black. One notable shirt was the 2001-02 shirt which was the first interchangeable shirt featuring a gold shirt on one side and a white and black shirt on the reversible side. From 1992 to 2002 Umbro had a new third shirt design for every release of the home shirt.
